Abhilash Paul
Abhilash Paul (Founder, Director)


Abhilash brings with him more than 8 years of multi-national industry experience.
A product of the prestigious Fr. Muller’s Medical College, Mangalore, Abhilash completed his Bachelors in Physiotherapy and went on to do a PG Certificate in Sports & Exercise Science from the University of Luton, United Kingdom in 2004.
He has worked for The NHS in England as a Senior Community Physiotherapist. Having had a successful career in the UK, he moved to the US and began work with one of the biggest Home Care providers in the Midwest.
Abhilash specialises in Home Health Services dealing with Acute and Chronic debilitating conditions. His main roles are dealing with acutely ill patients at Home by supporting them with suitable equipments, support staff and structured rehab.
Abhilash is a Life member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists and a member of The Health Professions Council, UK.
Jais Mathews
Jais Mathews Kannachanparambil (Founder, Director)


Jais is a seasoned veteran with more than 9 years of experience in the field of Physiotherapy.
After his formal education in Kottayam, Jais did his Bachelors in Physiotherapy from the famous Vikas College of Physiotherapy, Mangalore. After working for a couple of years in various multi speciality hospitals in India; Jais was selected by The National Health Service (NHS) UK and started working as a Senior Physiotherapist in one the top Teaching University Hospitals in the North East. He had 4 successful years of association with The NHS. After moving to the US, Jais started working for one of the biggest Health care Companies in the Country which operates in 19 states of America.
Jais specialises in Acute and Secondary Care. Jais brings with him, an experience of working in multi-discipline, multi-cultural environments. Jais is a life-time member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists and member of the Health Professions Council, UK.

 

With such diversity in their upbringing, education and associations, the one thing that brings these top professionals together is the passion to provide affordable Healthcare to the masses of Cochin and beyond. They bring professionalism, experience and most importantly, a drive to change the way Kerala looks at Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. It is their single mindset to make people realize that quality Healthcare is not a luxury, it is a necessity and an affordable one at that.

 

Joseph Mani Kuzhiparambil (Senior Co-ordinator, Operations)
A product of the Indian Navy, Mr. M K Joseph comes onboard with more than 20 years of experience. He brings in the essential discipline to Healing Hands. His other successful association is with Crystal International in the middle-east. His discipline and experience provides us the unique capability to implement the complex network of Healing Hands.

 

Thressia Paul (Senior Co-ordinator, Operations)
Thressia Paul brings the mother's touch to Healing Hands. Apart from being a successful and respected nursing professional across the world, she is an efficient mentor, a successful mother. She joins Healing Hands as a Senior Co-ordinator in operartions at the Kochi operations.

Dr. Jabir Abdullakutty: Clinical Lead
Dr. Jabir is a young and dynamic Cardiologist hailing from Kottayam. After successfully completing his MBBS from Kottayam Medical College; he did his MD in General Medicine from the Prestigious MP Shah Medical College,Gujarat. He did his Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Jabir has also done his DM (Doctorate in Medicine) in Cardiology from Govt. Medical College, Kottayam and is committed to share his knowledge and expertise in the field of Cardiology to all the aspiring Doctors wanting to be successful Cardiologists. This commitment has made him work as assistant professor in cardiology at the Prestigious Pushpagiri Medical College in the past.
Dr. Jabir currently works as Consultant Cardiologist at Lissie Hospital, Cochin. He is also a member of The Faculty of Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Cardiology (PGDCC) at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).
Dr. Jabir is the Divisional Medical Referee for LIC, India for Kottayam and Ernakulam. He is currently The General Secretary for The Cardiac Society of India- Kerala Chapter.
Despite all his achievements, Dr. Jabir comes across as a very humble and approachable person with a very helping mentality. We believe these attributes have made him successful in his career so far and will also help Healing Hands to be guided in the right direction.

Dr Antony Kallur
Dr Antony Kallur is a young and talented orthopaedic surgeon who did his MS (ortho) from Medical college Kottayam. After successfully working in India for 3 years, Dr. Antony continued his professional career by working for Royal Devon – Exeter NHS Trusts and County Durham-Darlington NHS trusts in the UK. In 2005, Dr. Antony was selected by the prestigious AO Foundation to do a Fellowship on Trauma Training in Israel. Currently, Dr. Antony is associated with the Adult & Paediatric Spine Dept of University of New Mexico, USA.
A successful doctor,professionally and personably, Dr. Antony comes across as a very amiable and approachable orthopaedic surgeon. He is a role model of hard work and determination. We are honoured and privileged to have him on our board.

 

Fr. Francis Kurissery
Fr. Francis Kurissery CMI took his M.A. (Hons) in English Language and Literature from St. Andrews University (UK) after doing a one-year intensive language and literature course in Oxford University. He took his M.Phil from the prestigious St. Joseph's College, Thiruchirapilli. After putting in 22 years of excellent serivce as lecturer in the Dept.of English in Christ College, Irinjalakuda, of which 7 years were spent in Prajyoti Niketan College,Pudukad, as its first principal, he retired as the principal of Christ College in 2004. At present,he is the Joint Director of Amala Medical college and Amala Nursing College,Thrissur.
A priest of deep scholarship and insights, he continues to inspire the youth with his charismatic qualities. Healing Hands feel honoured and privileged in having him on our Advisory Board.

 

Dr.Annie Abraham
Dr. Annie is a successful yet humble Doctor living and working in the UK.
She did her MBBS and MD from the prestigious Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore. On successful completion of her specialisation ; Dr. Annie did her DNB in General Medicine.
Dr. Annie has worked as an Associate Professor in Medicine at Santosh Medical College, Ghaziabad and also has worked for several Mission Hospitals in Kangazha and Idukki. She has also served the underprivileged around Noida during her stay in the North of India.
Dr. Annie headed abroad to the United Kingdom in 2006 where she completed her FRCP. She currently works as the Clinical Lead in Acute Medicine for the NHS in the North East of England.
A Doctor of sound academic and practical knowledge, Dr. Annie comes across as a thorough professional who is both caring and considerate. Healing Hands is honoured and privileged to have Her on board.

Free service for people under the poverty line and underprivileged and will be determined on recommendations by a case-by-case basis.
10% of the revenue generated will go towards funding Free Treatment and doing community projects for the underprivileged in association with Social Services & NGO’s.
